Exercise training with minimal equipment. Calisthenics Exercises suitable for children, which are safe and effective for children's cardio training, endurance, coordination, athletic ability and flexibility.

Stretching

"Flexibility" is an important part of physical fitness. Stretching can help children increase their flexibility during the pre-development period and reduce the chance of injury and pain in the future.

Why Should Children Exercise?

  • Children who are active 60 minutes per day demonstrate lower rates of obesity
